Descripció

BDH is a naphthalene-based highly effective water reducing agent for promoting accelerated early and ultimate strength development, commonly referred to as a superplasticizer, also named Naphthalene Sulfonate Formaldehyde Condensate ), SNF, PNS and FDN etc.

• Millora substancial de la treballabilitat sense augmentar l'aigua ni el risc de segregació. Conjunt normal sense retard, fins i tot amb sobredosi. Millora de la densitat i l'acabat superficial.

• High water reducing rate. High strengths after 8 hours.

• Compatible amb ciment Portland, ciment Portland normal, ciment d'escòria Portland, ciment Flyash, ciment pòzolànic Portland, etc.

• Millorar la treballabilitat (assentament) del formigó quan s'afegeix al camió de mescla.

Especificacions
 
Dosage 

0.5 - 1.5 percent by weight of cement. Exact dosage rates are dependent on the type of effect sought, quality of cement and aggregates, water/cement ratio and ambient temperature. Therefore, in many cases it is advisable to carry out trial mixes. 

JK-02NP can be added directly or added in after dissolved in water. It can be added during mixing and after-mixing (better). The after-mixing approach can achieve better result.

Package, Storage  Shelf Life                                                            

For powder: Powder packed in 650kg jumbo bag 25kg Bags 1000kg Bags.

It should be stored in a dedicated warehouse that is well-ventilated and dry and keep away from moisture. 
Shelf Life: Minimum 24 months. After the expiration date, it can be used if testing results is qualified.
